Individual Life Coaching Services | Independent Transitional Living Home | S.O.S.)

Love and Living coaching helps Georgia foster care youth ages 17 ½ to 21 unleash their potential, find clarity in life, improve relationships, learn personal life skills and follow their dreams. We help young people identify what is important to them, and develop the focus, clarity and motivation necessary to achieve their personal goals.

SERVICES INCLUDE:
• Weekly face to face contact
• Development of an individualized life skills plan
• Assist youth in the development of life skills portfolio
• Help improve participants confidence
• Aide in youth’s development of self-esteem
• Help youth gain a sense of direction in life
• Provide support without judgment
• Assist youth in successfully achieving their goals
